Shining Life Children’s Trust is working with a partner organisation, the Women’s Development Centre (WDC) in Kandy on a project to empower communities in the Kandy District. The WDC is a respected organisation which has worked on many projects.

The intial 6-month project ran from November 2010 to April 2011. The main project has now started and will run from July 2011 to January 2014.
